From the outskirts of Dragonbane (Morgan)

Being on the outskirts of the organization staff, both geographically far of in the big country in the west, and practically working with participants as a Participant Coach rather than with a team of people doing something practical for the event to happen, I find myself more and more involved in the inner workings of the great event of Dragonbane. Trying to figure out the details of a guide to the acting at Dragonbane, I find that I am getting involved in the culture team; having my past experience and amassed equipment over the years of organizing LARPs and producing plays mean I have a bunch of good props, and I find myself involved in the props circles; with my experience as a professional fire performer for the last ten years or so gets me involved in both the culture and SFX teams discussions, leading to me now accepting to take on the responsibility for all the fire performers during the event.
So during this week I got a new job as responsible person/organizer and will probably be holding fire performance workshops before the actual event, just to make sure we have good fire safety. Hopefully I will have more time soon so that I can get some real headway on the players "acting guide" with exercises and games to get into character and the world. Some participants are starting to ask questions, forwarded to me by Elge, and this is where the real fun starts. Just looking forward to more participants questions, since over here in the US there is not a lot of contact with the event except from those e-mails. Just keep coming at me.
