Hydraulic control board in ultrasonic bath (Heiko)

This weekend the Dragon team worked Saturday and Sunday - almost 20 hours - concentrating on the chassis. Our aim was to complete everything except the rear legs but time ran out.
However, the front leg fixing points are now completed and the main chassis lacks only a few strengthening bars. About a hundred kilos of steel was welded to the Ponsse foresting machine.
The original hydraulics control board spent, part by part, the whole weekend in a ultrasonic cleaner bath. Every two hours some shining parts appeared, where only grime was before.

All the welded parts are now completely zinc treated, and most of that is anti-rust-painted. For some reason several of our spray cans were faulty, and not all was done but that can wait a week. I´ll return the cans to the store on Monday. Grr.
Also, the first inner walls were installed. The front cockpits starts to take shape, and I wonder quietly where the heck all the equipment will ever fit ...
Next weekend we've scheduled a pneumatic systems overhaul.
