Last roof trusses lifted for the winter

On Sunday, just a day after the visitor’s day at the Cinderhill building site the last roof truss of the remaining fourth longhouse was lifted. The remaining building team will now prepare for the laying of the roofs. Building will go on at the area for some time in September before a pause for the winter season. The team hopes to get some excavation done for the foundation of the temple. Roof will also be laid to the extent possible before the onset of winter.

Volunteers are still warmly welcome this season, especially locals that could build some wall modules during the winter! Please contact us if you have time to spare!
