It is our ambition to create a uniform and visually consistent environment and therefore a great deal of the set-design props will be provided for the participants. In addition, many of the props will be created in various workshops in which participants are very welcome to, if not expected to take part. The National Coordinators will know more about the workshops in your area. Perhaps the most important props aspect for every participant is the character's costume and personal belongings. Each participant is required to bring a costume and basic kit (personal items, eating utensils and such) for his or her character. If possible, and where desirable, bring extras. Also bring clothes for sleeping in if you want. Small personal props such as jewelry, in-character make-up, tools for all crafts and other items in your character's possession should of course also be included in your pack. Consult the costume guidelines for more information Feel welcome to, in the extent that you have the space and inclination, to bring additional items that have relevance to your character. This could include containers (boxes, bottles etc.), tools (like in-character fabric mending tools for example), decorations and so on. Bear in mind that the Witches and the Dragontamers are traveling and consider what kind of items they would actually be carrying with them. Any props that you bring to the in-game area must follow safety guidelines and absolutely have an authentic look and feel. They should be made of materials that are consistent with the world we are creating. Use the 13th century as your general guide when considering materials and designs. Also bear in mind that we are creating a non-generic and exotic-looking fantasy world. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@dragonbane.org.What to bring with you to Dragonbane
